Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. However, please contact us if you have any problems with your purchase and we will be happy to find a resolution.

We are willing to accept cancellations within one hour of purchase. Please contact us if you choose to cancel within one hour of purchase.

Due to the nature of our products and hygienics we cannot accept returns once shipped out to customers. 

We are unable to exchange products due to scent, size, customization and hygienic concerns. 

We do our very best to describe top,bottom and middle notes of our fragrance blends in our listings. Please ask questions if you are unsure of a fragrance or ingredient and we will be happy to help you before you purchase. 

Refunds will be credited to original payment source. Refund does not include shipping and handling cost, only product price will be refunded. If there is a condition that it is our fault (for example, the wrong product shipped) we will refund the shipping as well. If the customer is simply not happy/satisfied with the product - the shipping cost is not refundable.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We do not offer refunds on customized products, sale items and samples.

If you do not receive your purchase in a timely manner, please contact us so that we may track your purchase.
