Uses: 

• Add 5-6 drops to a diffuser or personal inhaler 
• Foot soak-Add 1 drop of peppermint to a tablespoon of your favorite carrier oil and add to a foot tub of cool water. Soak for 10-15 minutes. *Do not add to full-body bath*
• Add 5-6 drop to an unscented lotion or cream for a foot massage or belly rub for discomfort.
• Add 1-2 drops of peppermint oil to 1 tbsp of carrier oil, blend and apply to your temples and back of your neck for headache
